Globecast produces all of the foundry tooling (patterns and coreboxes) and the fixtures. Pattern makers' design and fabricate the tooling to best match the product criteria and engineering specifications.
Existing patterns and coreboxes? No problem. Our team can usually adapt your company's existing patterns and coreboxes into compatible foundry tooling, usually with little or no cost to the client.
Globecast may make a casting pattern in less cost wood if a smaller quantity is requested or if the design is revised frequently. Alternately, if a larger quantity is requested, and the design is stable, a metal pattern with metal core boxes would be produced.
